Tips to score 300+ marks in BIT SAT 2010:

  • Study only BITSAT syllabus.
  • Basic fundamental should be by hearted and revised more.
  • Daily one hour should be allotted for learning new topics in chemistry.
  • Make a list of important chemical reactions in organic chemistry.
  • Give more importance for practice of maths.
  • If it is your goal to score 300 marks then you should surely answer 100 questions correctly. If you consider negative marking also then it is better if you answer minimum 120 questions.
  • Answer at least 20 questions in English and logical reasoning; 35 in chemistry, 35 in maths, 30 in physics.
  • Allot only one minute for one question in the first two hours of the examination. Don’t waste more time than this.
  • Attend BITSAT mock test only after revising the complete syllabus. Otherwise you may get depressed if you score low.
  • Start with those subjects with which you have good command. Plan in such a way that you complete each section in the prescribed time.
  • Don’t waste time in sparing more for the question you don’t understand. Remember there is negative marking and answer the one which you are sure of.
  • Because it is computer based examination, you should have good practice of handling the mouse and keyboard.
