Civil Engineering in India and its importance

There would be some indications for the development of a nation. Levels of education, standards of life, transportation facility and others are considered as standard ones. Travelling time for one place to another will also be counted. In developed countries like America, roads will be facilitating to go at 100 or 120kms speed on an average. The same speed in India is not more than 50kms. Implementations are being done to widen the roads in India under a program by name ‘swarnachaturbhuji’. Express highways and others will come under this section. Civil engineering is very important in constructing buildings, irrigation projects and highways. It is one of the primitive disciplines. Much importance is given these days for the development of highways and there by improving transportation system. Different kinds of irrigation projects and building constructions are being taken up.

Buildings, highways, railway track and others can be seen with out eye. Civil engineering is the science behind these constructions ranging from olden days to the modern constructions. Development will be present only when there is improved transportation system. Since there is increased prominence for infra structural development, there is no hassles regarding the employment of civil engineering candidates.
