Common doubts that confuse the students at the time of verification of certificates | Frequently asked questions at the engineering and pharmacy counseling

Engineering and pharmacy admissions are going to commence soon. Some of the common doubts that students  have at this time, and their answers.

-What are the documents to be produced at the time of verification?

1. SSC Memo

2. Intermediate Memo

3. EAMCET Hall ticket, rank card

4. Income certificate

5. Caste certificate (For those which it is applicable)

6. PH/ NCC/ CAP/ Minority/ Sports Certificates (for those which it is applicable)

-Is it necessary for special category students (NCC/ CAP/ PH/ Sports & Games) to go to ‘Sanketika VIdyabhavan’ located at Masabtank, Hyderabad helpline center?
It is necessary for special category students to get their certificates verified at the ‘Sanketika VIdyabhava’, Masabtank, Hyderabad help line center. Those who fail to get their certificate verified at this helpline center, will lose chance to get a seat under special reservation category.

-What has to be done in the case of students who are suffering from severe illness and are not able to attend certificate verification?
Medical certificate has to be obtained from the doctor. Anyone in the place of student, representing him or her, can attend the certificate verification process with original certificates. But in the case of NCC/ SP/PH/CAP  categories, the candidate needs to attend compulsorily.

-What to do in case of loss of original certificates during journey. Can they attend with photocopies of the same.
Candidates who lost their original certificates but having photocopies of the same can attend the counseling process. Necessary time will be given for the candidate to submit the original certificates.

-What are the categories that are considered in NCC Certificates?
NCC A, B, C certificates obtained by the candidate will be considered. Preference will  be given to the candidates who have  C certificate than B and A, and in the same way, preference is given to the candidate with B Certificate than one with A certificate.
