Reliance group chairman, Mukesh Ambani is in fifth position in the world’s richest person, but his residence is at first position in the world in terms of cost. It is the 27 floor bungalow near the Arabian sea shore. This mega mansion built by Mukesh Ambani is the costliest and spacious in the world.

The cost of this house is nearly 200 crore dollars (Rs. 10, 000 crore) that is built according to the Hindu vaastu tradition.   ‘Antilla’ is having a height of 550 feet and occupies 4 lakh square feet. Vaastu experts have worked on it for about 4 years and it is completed in the month of January 2010. The only one comparable building to this one in the world is Triplex penthouse of Pierre hotel.

First six floors in the spacious building with 27 floors, is allotted for parking. 9 High speed elevators are arranged in this building. Upper floors are entertainment lounges. In the middle of the building, Mukesh along with his wife Neeta, one daughter and two sons. Open gardens are arranged in the middle of the building. The material used in the constructing one floor is not used in the making of other floor. Each has its own design. One floor is designed with European style and another one is with Rajasthani style.

One floor is allotted for arranging crystal chandeliers.  Another floor will be with modern American style. In the 27 floors present in the building, four members of the Mukesh family and hundreds of workers wil be living.
