GITAM (Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management), a well-known University in the State has released notification for admission into various courses. GAT (GITAM Admission Test) will be conducted nation-wide for the admission into respective courses. This has got deemed status from the UGC. It has got recognization from AICTE, NBA for the engineering and management courses.

Course Details:

GITAM started M. Pharmacy course from this year. It is offering Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacology Specializations in M.Pharmacy. Along with B.Tech, M. Tech in Engineering, B.Pharmacy, Management and Science courses are offered. Seats are offered based on the merit in GAT. Foreign Trade course is also offered by the Gitam institute of international business.

Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Computers, Electrical, IT, Biotechnology, Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering branches are offered in B.Tech.

Biotechnology, CAD-CAM, Computers, Digital Signal Processing, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Machine Design, Management Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Microwave Engineering, VLSI, etc., branches are offered in M.Tech.

B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy courses are offered in Pharmacy.

Along with MBA, MHRM courses, BBM, 5 year Integrated Management Courses are also offered. MCA, M.Sc Management courses can also be done.

Entrance Examination and Counseling for all courses offered by GITAM are conducted online only.

Application Procedure:

Intermediate or +2 with minimum 60% marks in MPC Group can apply for B.Tech Courses. Bi.P.C. Students are also eligible for Biotechnology, B.Pharmacy courses.

For other courses, minimum 50% of marks in their respective subjects are necessary.
