Issues and disputes which are brought to the notice of courts and governments are being solved but they are not succeeding in completely solving such problems. They are failing to implement the rules in the society to prevent the same problems. As a solution, courts and governments are trying to encourage other methods. Few methods are like compromising the two parties, removing the middle person and making the people agree to the solution. By following these methods, time and money can be saved. The course which is designed to train the people to perform this task is Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution. This Diploma course is offered by popular Law University NALSAR and International Center for Alternative Dispute Resolutions. Demand for the course is increasing gradually as positive nature of the ADR methods is gaining importance.
PG diploma course is being conducted by NALSAR under the guidance of Central government from ten years. Ten batches are completed and notification for 11th batch had been released and classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from morning 9:30am to 1:00pm in the noon. Specialty of the course is to train the candidates by considering present cases.
- Students who complete any graduation are eligible for the PG course and applications can be obtained from â€˜Secretary, ICADR, 10th floor, M.J.Road, Hyderabadâ€™ by paying Rs.250.
