Gandhiji was born on October 2nd, 1869 in Porbandh. Everyone like the qualities of peace, satyagrah and simplified nature in him. The powerful British also surrounded in front of him.
He had studied law at the age of 18 years in England and he went to South Africa to serve the Indian company in 1893. He had won the battle of non violence after long period which he had done for the African people in order to eliminate the nation rivalries. He again returned back to take part in the freedom in 1915 and started the revolution against the British who ruled the Indians. He eliminated the tax on the salt and he had restricted the foreign goods. He had inspired the people from the corners of India to take part in the freedom fight. He had lost the life in the hands of Godse after 5 months of independent India on January 30th. All the people in India celebrate the Gandhi’s birthday and it is declared as the world non violence day in 2007.
