NDNC is maintained by NIC ( National Informatics Center) in india.

BSNL, Airtel, Idea, Tata Indicom, Hutch, Aircel, Bpl mobile, orange communications, Tata Docom, Reliance and Vodafone are the cellular service providers in india offering services in CDMA and GSM Networks.

Customers of any mobile service can register themselves with NDNC by sending SMS “START DND” to 1909. By sending SMS your number is registered in the Do Not Call Registry and you will not receive any unsolicited calls from advertisers. By sending SMS “STOP DND” you can receive calls from advertisers. The users can also call the call center at 1909 and register in the NDNC registry. The mobile users can also register online at the official websites of mobile service providers and register in the NDNC.All the requests for Do not Disturb registry are updated with in 45 days.
