How t o Prepare for SCRA | Syllabus of SCRA

  • Practice English usage and vocabulary for general English.
  • Concentrate on the topics of physical geography, polity, history, social planning, social welfare, economics and five year plans under general knowledge category.
  • GK preparation can be done perfectly by studying science and social text books of sixth class to tenth class.
  • For physics, chemistry and maths topics refer intermediate text books.
  • Practice model papers not less than five in number.

Paper – 1:

English:

Questions will be present on English so as to know the understanding capacity of the candidate in English and to know his/her knowledge and command on the language.

General Knowledge

Psychological test:

Questions will be in such a manner to judge the basic intelligence and mechanical aptitude of the candidate.

Physical sciences:

Physics:

Chemistry: In this subject, physical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry are the three divisions.

Physical chemistry:

Inorganic chemistry:

Organic chemistry: Properties of carbon, alkane, alkine, akyne, atomic structure, chemical bonding, benzene, naphthalene, halogen products, hydroxide compounds, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, nitrocompounds, carboxylic acids, esters, polymers, carbohydrates, fats, amino acids, proteins, vitamins and hormones.

Paper-3: Mathematics

Algebra, matrixes, trigonometry, analytical ability, calculus, integral calculus and differential equations, vectors, statistics and probability are present in syllabus.
