India Best Bank award for Bank of Baroda | Bank of Baroda is to provide banking services to 20,000 rural people in the coming 3 years
Bank of Baroda which is stirring the Banking field has won the Best Bank Award 2010 given by the Business India magazine. This award was given to the bank because of its improved services and now is a trusted bank for the customers. Public sector Banks in India over came the crisis successfully and has proved a better alternative to private banks. Banks in developed countries take the support of the Governments but the Indian Public Sector Banks are paying bonuses to Government regularly. Reason for this is that the banks in India are in a strong position. Presently only half of the India’s population avail the Banking services. Bank of Baroda set itself a target of providing services to 20,000 rural people in the coming 3 years. This award was given to private banks before the recession period, but now the trend has changed. Government banks are receiving the India Best Bank award every year.
