Begumpet has been decorated for the â€˜Indian Aviation 2010â€™ second international exhibition to be held from 3.3.10. All the arrangements are being made as common people are expected. For this event organizers are Federation of Indian Chambers of commerce and industry (FICCI) and Central Government ministry for Airlines. Host state is Andhra Pradesh. Partner in this event is France and America USA is acting as the focus country. Along with thee exhibition and meeting during these 5 days from 3.3.10 to 7.3.10, CEO forum, flying display, special exhibition for customers and media meeting will be conducted. Rare planes are going stand as the center of attraction. Airline companies will exhibit the new technology in the field of airways. More number of companies and flights are going to take part in this event when compared to that of the past event held in 2008. Among the 200 companies participating, 115 are foreign companies and 75 are Indian companies. Air show held with 40 planes is a highlight. While the Minister for Airways would be the chief guest, America and France ambassadors are also going to participate. As a part of the program, among the 2 Boeing 777 flights, one (300 seats) will be handed over to India and the second (200 seats) for Indigo Airlines.

o Exhibition in the vast area of 12, 000 sq. m
o Arrival of more than 500 companiesâ€™ representatives.
o 30 to 40 thousands of business visitors are expected while this number is 50 to 80 thousand in case of general visitors.
Indian Aviation 2010 timings and ticket price
o Special security with 1,500 police staff.
o Arrangement of more than 65 CC TV as a part of security measures.
o Business visitors are allowed only between 3 to 5 PM.
o General public are allowed for the exhibition on 6, and 7th March , 2010
o Entry tickets can be availed from all branches of Andhra Bank.
o Entry fees for business visitors are Rs. 500 and Rs.200 for general visitors.
o Full ticket for the children above 5 years of age.
o General visitors are allowed in two sessions.
o First session is from 10 AM to 1 PM and the second session is from 2 PM to 5 PM.
o Special parking and bus facility from there is arranged.
o No hand bags, food items, and valets are allowed at the stage.
