JNCASR announces Summer Research Fellowships Program â€“ 2011 | Specializations offered, application procedure, important dates and website of JNCASR Summer Fellowships
Jawaharlal Nehru Center for Advanced Scientific Research â€“ JNCASR, Bangalore, Department of Science and Technology and Rajiv Gandhi foundation are jointly offering Summer Research Fellowship Program â€“ 2011 and a notification for the same has been released.

Training: Selected candidates will have to work under the supervision of scientists in any prominent research center in India or at JNCASR center during the 2 months training period.Â Rs. 6,000 stipend will be paid per month during this period.
Eligibility: Candidates should have completed 10th and 12th class with Mathematics and Science subjects with more than 80% marks.Â They should have secured at least 60% marks in Graduation/Post Graduation.
Candidates who are studying BSc first and second years, BTech/BE/BVSc/BPharmacy first, second and third year, MSc first year, Integrated MSc first, second, third and fourth year only can apply.Â Candidates who have completed BTech/BE/BVSc/BPharmacy are not eligible to apply for Chemistry and Material Science branches.
