Is it right to mail  the resume to the HR Managers, or use job portals … how reliable or placement agencies … does networks have any advantages.. These are all the questions that arise.  HR Managers play a key role in conduction interviews and give job offers.

Every way should be tried in the job search. Friends who are already in jobs, network, job portals, placement agencies, HR Managers of the company can be of great use.  But HR Managers are the key persons.

HR managers have a complete understanding of the company’s requirements.  They can tell everything about the vacancies, skills the applicant should pocess and experience required.  Not only this, HR Managers are aware of the responsibilities of the job holders.  They have an understanding of the system of the company and employees of the company.  So it is better for the candidate to send resumes to the company HR Managers.

Sending resumes to the HR Managers is the direct method of job search. Job portals, network, placement agencies play the middle role.  HR Managers personally scrutinize the resumes and estimate the skills of the candidate.  Depending on that they send the interview call letters to the candidate.  Hr Managers take the responsibility of selecting a candidate depending on the requirements of the company. So they take the interviews of the candidate along with experts of that particular field.   So be professional with them.

HR Managers guide the candidates during or after the interview.  If possible, talk to the HR Manager personally after the interview and take his advice.  Ask them what are the better way of job search for your qualification, skills and experience. Ask them about what are the skills to be developed to get a better job opportunity.  Thank them and take their phone number to be in contact with them.
