Laying Foundation of the House according to Vaastu | Prayers should be performed before Laying a Foundation

Foundation should be laid in the earth when the construction of the house is being started. It is good time for the people after they satisfy the vaastu god and then Bhudevi. Construction of the house should be started after having good star sign and moon sign. Construction which is done at this time is called as foundation. In the present day, people are laying the foundation by placing bricks and sand and they are praying Bhudevi. In the past, people used to prepare sankhu and they used to offer him prayers with pieces of ganuga, madhi, kadapa, kodisapala, srithalamu, vedaru, Chandra and maredu trees. It is good to prepare the sankhu with Chandra koyya and offer him abhishekam with panchamrutham. After that people should place good scents of pasupu, gandhamu, kasturi, kunkuma and him sambraniharathulu with navaratnalu, navadhanyalu and suvarnalu. After doing all these prayers only, people should lay the foundation.
