do not call registrywww. ndncregistry.gov.in is the official website of NDNC (National Do Not Call) registry.  By registering the mobile number or land line number with NDNC customers can avoid unsolicited commercial calls from telemarketers. Telemarketers can be able to check with NDNC registry for Do not call lists and can avoid making calls to those registered with NDNC registry before making marketing/ promotional calls.

Customers can make complaints to the NDNC registry for any marketing or other promotional calls/ messages sent by telemarketers after 45 days from the date of registration of their mobile / land line numbers with the NDNC registry.

The telemarketers are fined Rs.500/- for the first call and Rs.1000/- for the second call made to the customers of mobile phones that are registered with NDNC registry.

Mobile users have to register new numbers with NDNC registry if they have taken any new connection and if they want to avoid marketing calls. Customers can de register their mobile phone numbers with the NDNC if they want to receive commercial calls and messages from telemarketing companies.
