Eligibility for applying to obtain domicile certificate in Arunachal Pradesh is that the applicant should be an Indian citizen and who are not from the state but is staying in the state for 5- 10 years.  Deputy Commissioner of a district is the concerned authority for issuing domicile certificates in Arunachal Pradesh.

For obtaining domicile certificate in Itanagar, Bhismaknagar, Bondila in Arunachal Pradesh, the applicant should forward the application through Gaun Bura or Anchal Samity member of the local area where he/she are residing.  Circle officer will forward the application to the DC.  The DC verifies the application and then approves the certificate.  Other than DC, ADC acts as the authority for issuing domicile certificate if the job is entrusted to him.

Documents that need to be submitted along with the application for obtaining domicile certificate in Arunachal Pradesh are the application form which is duly filled and an affidavit signed by CO/EAC.  Rs. 25 is charged for issuing Domicile certificate in Arunachal Pradesh.

Applicants can obtain the affidavit and domicile application forms in Arunachal Pradesh from the Deputy Commissioners office.  There is no provision to submit the applications online.  The copy is the applications need to be signed for processing of the application.
