Marriage certificate in Chattisgarh can be obtained by applying to the Additional Collector/ADM of the region in which the applicant resides. Additional collector/ADM is the issuing authority of marriage certificate in Chattisgarh.

For applying to marriage certificate in major cities in Chattisgarh such as Raipur, Bilaspur and Durg in Chattisgarh shall need the following documents.

  • Completely filled application form
  • Two photographs of the marriage ceremony
  • Challan for Rs. 11
  • Both the husband and wife shall take oath in front of a notary on a Rs. 20 stamp paper
  • Original marriage invitation card
  • Rs. 5 court fee/ticket has to be affixed on the filled in application form.
