Preparation tips for MAT in last 10 days
After the completion of studying the fundamentals, it is better to write the practice tests. Section tests which will be for 40 marks should be answered in 35 to 40 minutes of time. Students should try to get 12 to 18 marks in every test without losing their confidence. They should practice more tests and every section should be written 4 to 5 tests. In the last, students should write two to three grand tests.
It is very important to know the mistakes in the test after its completion. Models and questions which are tough should be practiced. Tough questions should be left in the beginning and they should be answered in the end. Easy questions should be answered in the beginning.
Competition in MAT exam
MAT is conducted in more than 70 centers in India and there are examination centers in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. Every year nearly, 2 lakh students attend the exam and there is less competition for the online exam compared to paper based exam. MAT exam is used to filter the candidates for management courses in the first stage and later on interview and group discussion are conducted for them to filter further. The fee for MBA course is Rs.2,00,000 to Rs,7,00,000 in the colleges which consider MAT exam. Most of the colleges are offering loan facility from private and government banks.
