Registration of land/property in Lakshadweep

 

Persons who own land or property in Lakshadweep can apply for registration of land/property service.  Assistant Settlement Officer/Sub Divisional Officer is the concerned authority for issuing the registration certificates of land/property in Lakshadweep.

Property or land owners who are interested to register their properties in Karavatti, Minicoy, Amini in Lakshadweep shall apply to the concerned authorities in the prescribed application form which is Form B.  A court fee tamp of one rupee has to be affixed on each page of the application for getting the certified copy of the land/property registration.  No fee is charged for availing the service in Lakshadweep.
