Selection process, Skills required, Training of BPO jobs?

Selection:

BPO job is given to the graduates who successfully completed the written exam and interview. There will be English, aptitude and logical reasoning in the written exam and they will check the communication skills in the interview.

Skills:

  • They should have grip over English.
  • They should have computer knowledge, marketing skills, good typing speed and knowledge over customer behavior.
  • They should read and write the information from the database very fast.
  • They should have the capability to solve the problems and good communication skills.
  • They should also have patience to listen and satisfy the customer.

Training:

There is a need for training to work in the BPO Company. They teach accent training, listening skills, slang training, accent neutralization, telephone etiquette, telesales, cyber grammar, interaction skills, customer relationship, management skills and call center terminology etc. they give the total information of product and the solving capability for the customers complaint. Training is given for new products and technologies. The training period is from two weeks to 12 weeks. Few institutes in India give training and they also give training for BPO companies also.
