Skin dryness in Summer – precaution and remedy…

The symptoms like the mouth becoming dry, the ski becoming pale in color, dry cough, and severe thirst are seen in the people who work in the sunlight for the daylong. In some cases there are also get the problems like the mental tensions and stress and so on. One feels discomfort due to the lack of the moisture in the body and the skin becoming dry. The best solution for this problem is to take the liquid food as often as possible.  The liquids like the ORS liquids, limejuice, and the glucose water and so on are the available drinks in the summer season, which makes the skin and the body to become cool and controls the thirst.

Things not to be done in summer…

It is during this season, the bacteria as the Eecoli and the Salmonella are increased and developed the food should not be in the outside for not more than two hours, and especially the raw foods like the salads are to be eaten immediately. If once the food is taken out of the fridge then do not try to keep them again back in the fridge. It is better to be away from the food items like the salads, half boiled eggs, curry puffs, cakes and so on are to be eaten immediately or else if possible, it is better to avoid taking such foods. Taking the water before and after the exercise is good for the body, especially the body loss the water after the exercise and so it is better to take the water after the exercise and proper care is to be taken while swimming as the chlorine in the water makes the body to become effected for the skin diseases.
