Soya beans are useful in many ways in the health care. The developed and developing countries are using soya beans. We will see the Soya based industries. There are more proteins and vitamins in Soya. Soya beans are having the calcium, iron, phosphorous and zinc content more than the pulses. Soya also helps in reducing the cancer and it helps in reducing other problems also.

Soya in Andhra Pradesh state:

The Soya production in 2009-2010 is 85 lakh tones. The production in our state is 1.50 lakh tones. Soya is manufactured more in adilabad and nijamabad districts.

Soya nuts:

The Soya nuts are prepared by soaking them in salt water and then frying them with or without oil. Then they mix masala to the fried ones. These soya nuts are better than the fried groundnuts. 250 mg of soya beans contain 69mg of calcium and 8g of fiber.

Soya sauce:

The Soya sauce is used in the restaurants, Chinese fast food centers and in catering companies for taste. The Soya sauce is prepared by hydrolysis process with saturated flour.

Meal maker:

The meal maker is prepared from the extraction of saturated Soya flour. In the process of preparation, the fiber content in the flour forms like net and when they are kept in water, they change as meat pieces. And so they are called as vegetarian meat. These meal makers are used in the hotels and catering companies in the food.

Soya mixed with wheat:

The saturated Soya flour is mixed with wheat to form Soya fortified wheat flour.
