How many members are recruited in BPO field?

We are hiring 1000 members for now and as the demand for BPO is increasing, we are not getting the candidates with the required qualities. Only few members are getting jobs as soon as they come out as graduates and others are unemployed for 2-3 years. For these unemployed, we are offering a program called aspires. Through this we are giving jobs to 700 members every year.

What are the qualities for a candidate to qualify the interview?

Interview is the main phase in BPO field and the candidate should posses good soft skills, behavior skills, voice skills and should know the way to move with a customer.

How is the interview conducted in HCL company?

In our company, interview is conducted in two phases. In the first phase, a subject is given to ten members and they should speak on it. Next there will be a voice test and those who are selected are given voice training for 3 weeks and process training for 6 weeks.
