Three In one pickle… Ingredients and Procedure to make

Ingredients required for 3 in 1 pickle: Mint (Pudina) leaves – 2 bunches, Curry leaves – 1 bunch, Coriander leaves – 1 bunch, red chillies – 20 no.s, tamarind – lemon sized, dry coriander (Dhaniya) – 1 spoon, jeera – 1 spoon, garlic – 6 pods, oil, salt as per the taste.

Procedure to make 3 in 1 pickle: Wash mint leaves, curry leaves, coriander leaves and keep them aside to dry in the shade.  In a little oil fry red chillies. Add tamarind, jeera, salt, garlic to this. Put it in the grinder.  Add mint leaves, curry leaves, coriander leaves to this and grind it into a paste. Heat oil in a pan.  Put all the seasoning ingredients and fry for some time.  Pour this on the pickle . Three in one pickle is ready.
