Ticket prices of cricket World Cup 2011 lowered to bring audience to the stadiums | First match in cricket World Cup 2011 is to be played between Bangladesh and India

Cricket World Cup tourney Director has informed that the ticket rates of world cup will be nominal.  Few decisions in this regard have been taken in the Central Organizing Committee meeting that was presided by IIC president Sharad Pawar.  Ticket rates of Cricket World Cup have been lowered to bring more number of spectators to the stadiums to all the matches apart from the matches played by India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.  Facilities provided for the audience, players and media in all the stadiums are great, informed the Tourney Director.  This mega event is going to begin with the first match played on 19th February, 2011 in Dhaka.

One of the greatest achievements of ICC is designing the Future Tour Plan (FTP).  Test championship has been included in the plan.  Doping prevention, reviewing the decisions of umpire are some of the factors that will be given importance this year.  Main objective of ICC is to conduct the Cricket World Cup 2011 smoothly in the sub continent.
