Verdict given by Justice Sharma on Ayodhya Case | Disputed land in Ayodhya is not masjid;  There are no signs to considered as a mosque and it should belong to Hindus : Justice Sharma

Justice DV Sharma has made it clear that the entire disputed land in Ayodhya is Ram Janma Bhoomi (Lord Rama’s birthplace). Disputed construction has no signs to be considered as Masjid (Mosque). Sharma is the senior judge among the three-member bench of the court, and has let out different opinions compared to the remaining two. While other judges have declared to divide the land in to three and give each one to the parties involved, Sharma declares that the entire disputed land is Ram Janma Bhoomi. Sharma is of opinion that, disputed construction was constructed by Babar.

But this construction is against Islamic rules, and hence it cannot be considered as masjid (mosque). This construction was made by demolishing the existing one, which belongs to Hindus, as proved by archeological department. He has also confirmed that the idols of Lord Rama were kept in the main dome of the three domes of the disputed land after December 22nd of 1949. Petitions of Sunni WAKF board and Nirmohi Akhara have got expired. The mentioned place in the petition is birth place of Lord Rama. Hindus have right to worship Charan, Seeta Rasoyi (Seetha’s kitchen) and other idols present here. It is very much clear that Hindus are worshipping at birth place of Lord Rama and that they are visiting this place on pilgrimage since centuries. It has been proved that Hindus are worshipping both inside and outside the premises.
