Veterinary Council of India had given the notification for AIPVT test and its details | Courses offered by Veterinary Council of India
The notification for All India Pre-Veterinary test is given by Veterinary Council of India. This test will be conducted on May 14th, 2011 and 15% admissions into the veterinary colleges all over India except Jammu and Kashmir are filled based on this test. AIPVT is giving the opportunity to study good quality education in nearly 34 colleges.

Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry: The eligibility requirement is that candidate should have minimum marks of 50% in the intermediate or equivalent with biology, physics and chemistry as the main subjects. English should be one of their subjects and final year students can also apply for the exam.
Application process for AIPVT test: Applicants can get the applications by sending a DD of an amount Rs.850 on the name of â€˜Veterinary Council of India- Examination Fund, New Delhiâ€™. The fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs.450. Candidates can also get the applications from specified Vijaya banks or they can apply online. The printed application form and DD should be sent to the controller of the examination. The applications can be obtained in the following places in Andhra Pradesh:
- Vijaya bank â€“ Babu Khan estate, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad
- Vijaya bank â€“ Prakasam road, Tirupathi
