Abhisheka SevaTirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is giving importance to common devotees.  It is allowing common man to watch the Abhisheka Seva through Sarvadarsanam.  This is being implemented from 10.09.2010.  The temple authorities have taken this decision and sent the proposal to the Chief Minister.  As it got the approval of the Chief Minister this is being implemented from 10.09.2010.  Special Abhisheka seva  is held every Friday to the diety at Tirumala.

It is unable for the common man to attend this seva as the tickets are available only on recommendtions from VIPs.  Only one person is allowed on a ticket which costs Rs.2,500.  Executive officer of the temple has proposed to allow common devotees to watch this seva freely and send it to the approval of temple committee.  This proposal got the approval of not only the committee but also the Government of Andhra Pradesh.  Abhisheka Seva is held at 04:30 AM every Friday.  Common devotees who are visiting the temple at that time can watch the Seva from the Bangaru Vakilu near Jayavijaya statues.
