What is the Madras agreement and when did the first Anglo Mysore War take place?

After the fall down of vijayanagara dynasty, Mysore is declared as the independent place. In the beginning of 18th century, chikka Krishna raju ruled the Mysore and two brothers used to work as ministers near him. Devraj sarva used to work as the military minister and the brother of devraj who was vanjaraj worked as the finance minister. They brought the Mysore into their hands with all the powers by making the krishnaraju as the king for name sake. There were more attacks by Hyderabad and Maharashtra nijams during their rule and they could not attack these people. Then hyder Ali replaced the vanjaraja and declared him as the ruler of Mysore.

And Hyder Ali was not having good relations with the Hyderabad and Maharashtra nijams and so they decided to combine with English men and fight. Hyder Ali separated them and won the war along with the English men. They call this as the first Anglo Mysore war and then there was an agreement between the English government who was ruling the madras in 1769. And this is called as the Madras Agreement and according to this, British people and Hyder Ali should fight combinedly if Maharashtra attacks them.
