Xavier’s admission test details for Management Courses | XAT cutoff marks

The Xavier’s labor relations institute is the popular management educational institution in the country and Asia. It was started in 1949 in Jamshedpur and the personal management and industrial relations is the course provided by it. There are general and executive MBA programs. The score of this exam is considered by many institutions like XIM in Bhubaneswar, institute of management in Goa, SP Jain institute, valamkar institute in Mumbai, Loyola institute in Chennai and other popular institutions.

  • They had given 101 questions in the XAT-2010 in three sections. Every question carries 1 mark and there will be negative marking. The first five wrong answers will reduce the marks by 0.2 and there will 0.25 marks cut for every next wrong answer.
  • They had given 31 questions in the logical reasoning and verbal ability, 40 questions in data interpretation and quantitative aptitude and 30 questions in analytical reasoning and decision making. The questions in the remaining two parts are somewhat difficult than the normal reasoning.
  • The XAT applications are available in the Axis banks from September 1st to November 30th. They can also apply in online. The exam date is 2nd January, 2011.
